This should likely be replaced.« The website The Mod Archive offers files in a variety of licenses of which many are free. The Mod Archive distribution license however allows – or better the copyright holder allows – redistribution of files to anyone. To me it's unclear if this includes commercial use. Nevertheless it doesn't allow modifications of/to files to anyone. Therefore the aforementioned file is not free.
