Replace external link with local link

The link to the LibreGameWiki article renders with the little arrow icon representing an external link. This is misleading, because it’s actually an internal link. Please replace:

Welcome to [https://LibreGameWiki.org/LibreGameWiki LibreGameWiki]

with:

Welcome to [[LibreGameWiki]]
