Starphase

I'm reluctant to approve the addition of Starphase because of unclear licensing. Does "GNU GPLv3 / CC-BY-SA" imply that the whole project is dual-licensed, should it be understood as GPL code and BY-SA assets, or maybe the source code is dual-licensed, but the assets are proprietary? Please clarify this within the repository, preferably checking with Jigoku - if possible - to make sure your assumptions are correct. Furthermore, the videos seem to be made using generative AI, and I'm not sure how to interpret that copyright-wise (even if they were claimed to be free culture) nor am I aware of any official LGW policy in that regard.
