The original (non-GNU) Affero General Public License is a copyleft license for free software. Its first version was published by Affero, Inc. in 2002.
This license is the predecessor to the GNU Affero General Public License and has largely fallen out of use in favor if it.
Version 1 of the license is nearly identical to the GNU General Public License version 1, except it added a section 2(d) to cover use of software over a computer network.
