Grail is a free engine. This means that the source code is available to be studied, modified, and distributed. Most projects look for help with testing, documentation, graphics, etc., as well.

Grail is an Adventure Engine created by Henning Hasemann licensed under the GNU General Public License.

Development[edit]

Grail was originally written in D and known as Indiana, but due to problems with the D toolchain[1], Hasemann switched to C++. The C++ Port is still in an early state. Feature plans include a gui editor, lua bindings and everything else needed for a 2d point and click adventure game.

Games[edit]

Grail is being used by the upcoming Giga Mansion 2[2] Game.
