netPanzer is a tactical online multiplayer war game. It was first written by Pyrosoft Inc. In 2002 netPanzer was licensed under the GPL, making the game free software.[3] As of 2010-03-27, the latest version of the game is 0.8.3 released on February 20th, 2010. It is licensed in its entirety under the GPLv2. A version was included on OpenSource Game Power volume 2.
