This is a detailed release history of the Battle for Wesnoth game. There are about more than a hundred releases in total. 2004 to date is by far the most productive for the Wesnoth team in term of release frequency ever documented on this wiki.

0.3[2] 2003-07-29 Mid-level saving was added. More importantly, multiplayer option was added.
0.3.4[3] 2003-08-15 Changelog is unavailable.
0.4[3] 2003-08-24 Changelog is unavailable.
0.4.1[4] 2003-08-26 This release adds musics and sounds support. The first musical track was composed by ZhayTee.
0.4.2[5] 2003-08-30 Developer Lohari and fmunoz contributed art. A new makefile has been assembled by Zas.
0.4.3[6] 2003-08-31 There has been significant improvement in AI.
0.4.4[7] 2003-09-04 AI improved enough to the point that level 1 on hard difficulty became tough, according to Dave White.
0.4.5[8] 2003-09-06 This is the first release that have a window binary avaliable for download.
0.4.6[9] 2003-09-10 David White indicates his desire for a stable 0.5 by asking users to report crashing bugs.
0.4.7[10] 2003-09-14 If there is no critical bug report, David White will release a 0.5.0. However, the next serveral versions seem to continued in CVS instead.[11]
