Tux Paint is a drawing program designed by Bill Kendrick as New Breed Software for Tux4Kids intended for children ages 3 to 12. The user is presented with a blank canvas and a variety of drawing tools to help them be creative. It combines an easy-to-use interface, fun sound effects, and an encouraging cartoon mascot, Tux, who guides children as they draw.[1]
