Tessel (full title: Tessel – A tile game) is a singleplayer puzzle game in which the player places colored tiles on an infinite playing field.
Tiles can only be placed next to other tiles, where the color on both sides match.
The game can be played in the browser or in Android.
Gameplay[edit]
The game starts with one placed tile and the player gets to place one of three random tiles. The player receives score by completely enclosing a color. There is a limited number of tiles to place, once those tiles are used up, the game ends.
Game settings[edit]
The game features multiple game settings. The player can choose the tile shape (including square, triangle, rhombus, penrose tiling, etc.), number of colors, placement and scoring rules, and more.
